Reverse Engineer
What you will be doing!
As a Reverse Engineer, you will be performing technical analysis of malicious binaries through controlled execution and/or static analysis of assembly code, overcoming techniques designed to defeat analysis to ascertain functionality, capability, call-backs, assist with attribution to adversary infrastructure, and identification of indicators of compromise. You will provide information and documentation that enables malware detection, signature creation, and mitigation.
Education and Experience:
Level 2 - Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
Level 3 - Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience.
Level 4 - Bachelor’s degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree plus 7 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s degree plus 13 years of relevant experience.
Must have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline from accredited college or university. Relevant experience must be in malware reverse engineering.
Certifications:
Microsoft Networking, CISSP, GIAC GREM, or CREA Certification is required.
Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
