What You Will Do:
As a Availability Manager Level 2, you will support a high-profile government customer in a mission-critical operations environment. This role requires strong technical judgment, the ability to operate under pressure, and clear communication with both technical teams and senior leadership. You will play a key role in restoring services during outages, coordinating response efforts, and ensuring long-term stability through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
You will work closely with multiple teams and provide timely, high-level briefings to the customer and senior leadership, supporting operational continuity for critical systems.
