Collections Data Manager, Level 4

What You Will Do:

As a Collection Data Manager Level 4 with Independent Software, you will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and efficient management of mission-critical data collections. You will implement data management processes, maintain accuracy and quality standards, and facilitate seamless retrieval and analysis of information.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide support for dataflow management requests and assist mission support teams
  • Review requests for completeness and accuracy related to new dataflows or changes to existing dataflows
  • Contribute to reducing the backlog of submitted requests and improve request completion rates
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine requirements for mission management tools that enhance work center processes
  • Attend meetings to provide input and clarity for proposed system improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data management, dataflow processes, or mission data operations
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to evaluate request accuracy, identify deficiencies, and recommend solutions
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to enhance processes and tools
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and mission stakeholders
Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience
  • Associate’s degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
  • A degree in any field will be considered
Clearance Requirement:
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role
