Training and Mission Support - Ft. Eisenhower, GA, GA - Full Time

What You Will Do:

As a Geolocation Instructor and Mission Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting national intelligence efforts by delivering expert-level training and operational support in active geolocation operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining course materials, mentoring analysts, and ensuring technical standards are met across mission teams. This position directly contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of high-impact global intelligence operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site mentoring and technical guidance to mission personnel
  • Develop, update, and deliver platform-specific training courses related to active geolocation operations
  • Create working aids and instructional materials that align with mission requirements
  • Maintain training records to ensure compliance with technical qualification standards
  • Advise mission organizations on job qualification requirements and performance standards
  • Support real-time SIGINT mission operations with precision geolocation expertise
  • Ensure training content and references remain accurate and mission-relevant
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Operational experience producing precision geolocation solutions using Aerial Precision Geolocation (APG) within the intelligence community
  • Ability to instruct technical concepts related to active geolocation technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-tempo, mission-focused environment
  • Willingness and availability to support 24/7/365 operations

Education and Experience: 
  • Five (5) years of operational experience within the last seven (7) years producing precision geolocation solutions using Aerial Precision Geolocation (APG) within the intelligence community. 

Certifications:  
 
  • Current instructor certification in one or more active geolocation technologies

Clearance Requirement:
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role
