Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the bridge between mission end users and system architects, engineers, and developers
- Support the development, review, and analysis of mission concepts of operations (CONOPs), requirements, scenarios, and use cases that reflect end-user needs
- Assist in articulating mission expectations to guide test planning and operational evaluation
- Support information management transformation initiatives
- Maintain awareness of operational requirements and ensure they are preserved throughout programmatic and acquisition processes
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to all levels of management using clear articulation and visual aids such as whiteboarding
- Provide lifecycle sustainment support for systems and solutions
- Extensive knowledge in one or more of the following specialties: information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management, software development methodologies, and modeling and simulation
- Experience with CITRIX, VMWare, XenApp, CENTRIFY, SCCM, HPE, CentOS/RedHat
- Management (PAM) Services, and MS Exchange is required
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Associate’s degree with at least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements
Clearance Requirement:
- Must possess an active TS/SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role
