Availability Manager, Mid-Level
What you will be doing!
Availability Managers will be responsible for overseeing all provided IT services, and ensuring they remain available to the client at all times. This includes desktop, server, network, telephony and cloud-based services. In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is their role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible. This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high-profile large Government client
Requirements:
• HDI Problem management certifications
• ITIL V3 certified
• Experience in ticket management system is a plus.
• Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Day Shift Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Some Holidays may be required
Education and Experience
High School or equivalent and 15 years' experience or a bachelor's and 10 years of experience
Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
