What you will be doing!

As a Collection Manager you will to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at Ft Meade and the extended enterprise locations. Candidate will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT Collection/Analysis expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.

Key Requirements:

Identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements
Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems.
Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection tasking for the customer's Collection programs
Collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to global communications.
Ensure that products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards.

Education and Experience:

Relevant experience must be in SIGINT collection and/or analysis. Completion of military training in a relevant area such as Signals Collector or Analysis program will be considered towards the relevant experience.

Level 1:

A degree in any field is acceptable Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.

Level 2:

A degree in any field is acceptable Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience.

Level 3:

A degree in any field is acceptable Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience.

Level 4:

A degree in any field is acceptable Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience

Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
