What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Manage daily activities of system configuration and operations
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) technical support for diagnosing and resolving system issues
- Assist users with access to and use of IT systems and resources
- Monitor and resolve issues related to client/server/storage/network/mobile devices
- Handle escalations and communicate system status updates to internal customers and agency management
- Conduct performance optimization and capacity analysis
- Provide detailed analysis and resolution for hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot complex IT problems and remain involved in the full resolution process
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Install, update, and secure operating system software
- Maintain network component integrity and implement system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
- Strong experience supporting a wide range of IT systems, including servers, storage, network devices, and endpoint systems
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms and system types
- Proficiency in both UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Experience configuring and managing enterprise IT environments
- Ability to respond to and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 service requests and incidents
- Familiarity with system capacity planning and optimization strategies
- Effective communication skills for interacting with users, technical teams, and management
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator supporting programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional four (4) years of System Administrator experience may be substituted
- IAT II Certification required
- Must possess an active TS/SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role
