What you will be doing!
As a System Administrator you will be responsible for technical support and troubleshooting to network desktop, and /or systems hardware and software.
Requirements:
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the help desk by users of cloud infrastructure
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Must be available to work the following shifts: 2pm-10pm Mon-Fri Shift or 3pm-11pm Mon-Fri Shift
- Must be able to train Mon-Fri 6am-2pm for approximately the first 2-4 months
Experience and Education:
High School or GED and 10 years experience or a Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience.
Certification:
Security+
Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
